The lots Road Power Station.
The power station generated 60% of electricity for the underground but in September 2002 London Underground switched to the National Grid. The power station is now undergoing six months of decommissioning and over the next six years will be redeveloped into an arcade with shops, flats and galleries etc. as part of a larger redevelopment planned for the local area.

Kayaking by the Houses of Parliament. These paddlers are from the Westminster Boating Base, a charity where young people between the ages of ten and twenty three can learn to paddle and sail in central London for £6 per year.
